How to activate your card?

Activating your Strandbags Loyalty Card is easy! Go to the top right corner of the home page and click Perks.
You will then be redirected to the Strandbags Perks loyalty program. Once you reach this page, click the Activate Your Cards tab on the left side of the page. Fill in the necessary fields and click Submit to continue. If registering through the store, select Register at the store; if creating an account online, select Register online.

What is your return policy?

Let’s say you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. In this case, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt by visiting any Strandbags store or via Australia Post. If you choose to return the item by post, they will not be able to refund postage and packaging costs for unwanted or inappropriate purchases. When returning an item, please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all labels attached.
